About

Research and Data Specialist bringing methodological rigor to practical information work. PhD in Sociology from the University of Arizona, MA from Boston College, and MLIS from Simmons University. My career includes mixed-methods research at Oracle Life Sciences, survey design at Pew Charitable Trusts, program evaluation at the National Resident Matching Program, and an engagement standardizing member satisfaction surveys for a large international nonprofit association. Earlier, I designed and executed NSF-funded research on college pathways and contributed to an NIH team studying community resilience at the University of Arizona, where I also taught undergraduate courses.Beyond data collection and analysis, I specialize in building research infrastructure: classification systems, documentation standards, AI-assisted analysis, dashboards, and stakeholder reports. This dual foundation produces analytically sound findings within a system built for long-term reuse.
